Family with Teens
Hotel staff was friendly however when asked for extra towels we were told they were out for the day. Restaurant has very limited operating hours. Pool was the only excellent feature to this stay. Room could have been cleaned better. ...read more

It had old food in the fridge, was hotter inside than outside, staff could barely speak English, and the rates were more expensive.

Senior Traveler
The room was filthy. I don't think it had been vacuumed in a couple of months. The place really needs to be updated. I definitely will not stay there again. Went on to Eureka Springs, AR and got a much nicer & cleaner room for a much better price. Stay away from the Travel Lodge in Hot Springs, AR. ...read more

Enjoyed my stay, outdated bathroom and stiff beds. Great water pressure from showers. Would recommend to anyone.

I would not recommend this hotel. The front desk was locked every time I tried to check on something or ask a question. There were a group of kids hanging around outside our room until very late and there was no one in the office that I could call. ...read more
